Terms and conditions

These terms govern tours operated by Fui Pro Chile SpA, tax ID 78.484.169-3, registered at Badajoz 100, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
What you are booking
Day tours departing from and returning to Santiago, Chile, including transport, a Portuguese-speaking guide and whatever each tour page explicitly lists as included.
Anything not listed under “What’s included” is not part of the booking. Ski resort tickets, equipment rental and meals are paid separately unless stated otherwise.
Prices and payment
Prices are published per person in Chilean pesos, with a reference figure in Brazilian reais. The amount in reais is calculated at the rate applying when you book, and that is the amount charged.
A booking is confirmed with a deposit; the balance is due before departure. We accept Pix, cards and bank transfer.
Mountain conditions
Andes tours depend on the state of the road, which is managed by the Chilean authorities and can close for snow or bad weather. That decision is not ours.
If the road closes and the tour is cancelled, we refund 100% of what you paid or reschedule within your trip at no cost. The choice is yours.
Cancellation and date changes
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund. Within 24 hours there is no refund, because the vehicle and guide are already committed; you can pass your place to someone else.
Changing the date is free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability. The full detail is in the cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibility
Being at the agreed pickup point on time. Departures are early and the vehicle cannot wait without affecting the rest of the group.
Holding valid documentation and disclosing health conditions that altitude may affect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Consumer bookings are protected under Chilean Law 19.496 on consumer rights.
