Three rules, and no fine print.
If you cancel
Free up to 24 hours before departure: we refund 100%.
Within 24 hours there is no refund, because the vehicle and guide are already committed. You can pass your place to someone else.
If you change the date
Free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability on the new day.
If the mountain road closes
We refund 100% or reschedule within your trip, at no cost. You choose, not us.
This also applies if the tour departs and has to turn back because the road closes en route.
