We are a Chilean agency that works only with Brazilian travellers. That is not a marketing line: it changes what we offer and how.
Why only Brazilians
Because the questions are different. People arriving from Brazil ask where to rent snow gear, whether they need to know how to ski, whether it is worth it without skiing, and which of four resorts on the same road to pick. An agency serving everyone answers that halfway.
What we do differently
We say when a tour is not for you. Farellones gets crowded on Sundays and we write that on the site, rather than selling and leaving the disappointment for the day itself. That kind of thing costs a sale and wins a customer.
How we work
Portuguese-speaking guide from pickup to drop-off, payment in Brazilian reais at the rate locked when booking, and free cancellation up to 24 hours before. If the mountain road closes, you choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
